How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders or chocolate.
Help! My credit card got declined!
Ugh. This sucks. If your card is declined, we suggest you check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. If that still doesn’t work and you’re thinking, I got a million in the bank WTF, call your credit card company.
How can I check the status of my order
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

How Fast Will My Order Ship?
Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days of when it is placed. You will automatically be emailed a USPS First Class Tracking # when the shipping label is created in our system. How long it takes to receive your package depends on your location, and numerous other factors, since it is shipped through USPS First Class. If you have any shipping issues, you can always email our Shipping Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will answer all your questions!
