You have 30-days from the day of your purchase to make a return of Eterno Skincare Products.
Just go to https://eternoskincare.com/pages/return-order to fill out the form and begin the return process.
BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR PRODUCT READ THIS: Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging. All accessories originally included with your product must be included with your return. If you do not follow these terms, we can deny your refund.
If you buy the device from a third party like Amazon, please contact the third party.
We cannot process third party returns.
If you get a replacement of a product it is final sale.
GIFT CARDS, TRAVEL KIT AND SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.
IMPORTANT: All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You must go to https://eternoskincare.com/pages/return-order and begin the return process within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.
We will pay for your return shipping. Once your return is confirmed, we will send you a return shipping label on us.
Every product at Eterno Skincare has a 10% processing fee.
Refunds processing time may take up 14 business days from the day we receive the returned product. We will notify you by email when we receive your return and when the process has begun.

If your device does not work upon arrival, contact our customer service team immediately at Eterno@eternoskincare.com.
If your product ever has any manufacturing, workmanship defects or any electrical issues we will replace it.

Purchased Eterno Gift Cards, Travel Kits and Subscription Products are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
