Want to return or exchange the Eterno Device?

Here’s how to get started:

Your Eterno can be returned 90-days from the day of your purchase.

Just email us at Eterno@eternoskincare.com.

Then we can begin the return process.

BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR DEVICE READ THIS: Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging. All accessories originally included with your product must be included with your return. If you do not follow these terms, we can deny your refund.

If you buy the device from a third party like Amazon, please contact the third party.
We cannot process third party returns.

IMPORTANT: All returns must be processed within 90 days of receiving the order. You must email our customer service team within ninety (90) days of your purchase date at Eterno@eternoskincare.com.


Do I have to pay anything to Return the Eterno Device?

We will pay for your return shipping. Once your return is confirmed, we will send you a return shipping label on us. (To get your label - email us at Eterno@eternoskincare.com.)

If the reason for the return/refund is not related to electrical issue a 10% recycling fee will be applied. (We love our Earth, and aren’t in the business of filling up landfills. We recycle all products returned to us. This 10% fee goes to support this company initiative.)


How long does it take to process the refund?

Refunds will be processed between 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned product. We will notify you by email when we receive your return and when the process has begun.

Please note: Our Eterno Device takes at least 8-weeks or 60-days to work. So if you have just started to use the device and aren’t seeing desired results yet, don’t fret. Give the Eterno Device time to work it’s magic.

But what if my device is defective?

If your device does not work upon arrival, contact our customer service team immediately at Eterno@eternoskincare.com.

If your product ever has any manufacturing, workmanship defects or any electrical issues we will replace it. (Basically if there is any issue with the internal workings of your Eterno, we will replace it.)

What about the Time Eraser? Can I return it if it doesn’t work for me?

We believe you will love the Time Eraser, just like our other customers do!

But, if you are having any issues with the Time Eraser, make sure you are applying it properly. You only need to use a pea sized amount or less per application. The Time Eraser also works better with oil free makeup. If you try this, and are still having issues, or have any questions about application please feel free to reach out to our customer service team. They understand everyone has different skin, and are happy to help you find the best way to apply the Time Eraser to yours.
