How does my subscription work?
It’s super easy! If you sign up for the monthly Time Eraser we will send you a new syringe every every 3-months. You can edit your subscription or future shipments any time, and we always remind you a couple days before any renewal order processes. Our goal is to make your life easier, not more complicated.
When will I receive my Time Eraser each month?
Renewals are set to be delivered every 90 days starting from your first delivery. (So you get a total of 4 Time Erasers a year.
Need more Time Eraser? No worries. You can email us and we’ll send you another one at your special BFF price.
Need less? You can skip a shipment or pause your membership at anytime.
Can I delay my next ship date?
Yes. In your account you have the options to delay your next delivery by a week, two weeks, or a month. You can email us at eterno@eternoskincare.com if you need your next order delivered on a particular date, and we will set that up for you.
Can I just order one month's worth and not be subscribed?
Yes you can. With that being said, we’ve found the Time Eraser is really like a supplement or vitamin for your face. It’s more effective when they are given consistently over time.
Can I change the frequency of my orders?
Um… of course! Again we aim to make your life more simple. In your account you have the options to delay your next delivery by a week, two weeks, or a month. You can email us at eterno@eternoskincare.com if you need your next order delivered on a particular date, and we will set that up for you.
Can I change the frequency of my orders?
